The National Organic Program (NOP) regulates the production and labeling of organic products in the United States and is managed by the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture). 
This certificate, which is part of the Strengthening Organic Enforcement final rule published by the USDA, aims to enhance the oversight and traceability of organic products entering the U.S. 

Thanks to this certification operators can ensure fully compliance with the new regulations and maintain the integrity of the organic supply chain.
